The Economist's cartoonist here seems somewhat confused. That muzzle would not work on a human face. One wonders if the artist means to show that Biden is mostly human but transforms into a puppy at inopportune moments, or if this is another instance of the artist implying Biden engages in animal roleplay bondage.
